One of the things Fly Lady advocates is freezer meals, where you cook a bunch of meals in one day and freeze them. This is quite popular, if you've ever heard of My Girlfriend's kitchen you know what I mean! I love the idea, but find myself at a standstill for one reason: a cookbook for my needs is not available! Being vegetarian makes my cookbook selection very limited, compared to the wide array of cookbooks available for omnivores, and there just is not a cookbook for vegetarian freezer meals! How incredibly sad!
This got me thinking... I am a fairly good cook, why don't I write a cookbook? If I am looking for it there has to be someone else out there who wants it too. After a google search I found a couple of websites that offer a small section of veggie freezer meals, but nothing worth writing home about.
So maybe I'll write a cookbook...
Or maybe not...
Whatever...

A fried recently recommended "The vegetarian mother's cookbook". I haven't checked it out yet but it sounds promising.
I am looking for exactly the same thing mentioned in your post - a vegetarian freezer meal cookbook! Why can't there be one?? I'd use it!! Since I haven't found one, I've been trying to put together lists of vegetarian freezer meals from the various places I find them. The book mentioned by the other person who commented on this post (Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook) does have several really good recipes that she recommends for freezing. I haven't frozen them yet, but I am going to. A book called "Frozen Assets - Lite & Easy" also has some vegetarian freezer meals. I've tried some. Some are good; some didn't work very well for me. I find the recipes rather bland, so I have to spice them up a bit, but it's a starting off point. Since posting this, have you found anything that's worked for you?
What a great idea! I am vegetarian (but still eat fish) and would love to find a veg freezer cook book that gives all the details on how to freeze (what temperature, what way to store, tupperware used etc.)and how to unfreeze (ex. cook for 5 minutes on low heat, etc). I am a university student, by the way, and cooking meals for me and my boyfriend can be tricky on those busy days.
Good luck! I'll keep an eye out if you do make a cook book, or even another blog post about this.

I've decided to finally get on this and start compiling a website and cookbook! Check out my blog http://www.thevegetarianmom.blogspot.com and like my facebook page to keep updated on my progress! I'm excited about this and could really use some encouragement from others!
